BUILDING OF KABOGOODA STORAGE HALL
Kabogoda Community, it located North West of Baidoa. The village was established 1896 by a group of people Named Kabogoda. This village is rural community, and their livelihood depends on farm, casual labor and small shopping kiosks and livestock products, most animal livestock are goats, cattle and some camels.
This community is peri- urban habitually they have Agriculture and Livestock heritage, but they lost most of their livestock due to erratic rains, conflict, market inflation and floods which make them vulnerable to risks. After long discussions and community mobilization on project objectives the community agreed to milestone some important historical events took place in their respective village.
The Project will use the Bulshokaab platform to track the transactions of the bank accounts and contributions from community members and the diaspora. Through Bulshokaab, members of the public will be able to access these financial transactions by visiting www.Bulshokaab.com. Community contributions amounting to $8,250 are expected to contribute by the residents of Kabogoda and its diaspora.
